“Techomesng” refers to Techomes Synergy Ltd (owner and operator of Techomesng App), all its affiliates and subsidiaries.
"Techomesng Materials" includes any materials, methodologies, implementation plans or other intellectual property used during the provision of the Services.
"the App" means “Techomesng App” under Techomes Synergy Ltd's control, whether partial or otherwise.
"Techomesng" means “the App”.
"Services" means any services provided by Techomes Synergy Ltd.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that uses any aspect of the App.

By using this App, you agree to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure, or other communication that we send you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

Modifications and Amendments
Techomesng reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the App or the Service for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice to You. Techomesng likewise may change the terms and conditions of the Terms from time to time with or without notice to You. You agree to review the Terms periodically to ensure that You are aware of any modifications. Your continued access or use of the Site after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed Your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

The App, the Techomesng Materials and all rights, title and interest in and to the App and Techomesng Materials are the sole property of Techomes Synergy Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions, Techomesng reserves for itself and its licensors all other rights, titles and interests. Without limitation on the foregoing, you may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the Content or Techomesng Materials, or use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this prohibition includes:

• copying or adapting the code used to develop and design this App;
• using or attempting to use engines, manual or automated software, tools, devices, agents, scripts, robots or other means, devices, mechanisms or processes to navigate, search, access, "scrape," "crawl," or "spider" any web pages or any Services provided on the App other than the search engine and search agents available from Techomesng on the App; and
• aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the Content or information available from the App, without the express written consent of Techomesng. The use of the Content on any other App or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
• "Techomesng," "Personified", the Techomesng design logo and certain other names or logos are service marks or trademarks of Techomesng, and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the service marks or trademarks of Techomesng.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, and any rules or policies that may be published from time to time by Techomesng, in your use of the App and the Service. The App and the Service are available only to individuals/organizations who are permitted to use them under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you may not use the App or the Service. You agree to be solely responsible for Your actions and the contents of Your transmissions through the APP and Service. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your identity or affiliation with a person or entity.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data will be used to create your personal login for vending and service charge payments and also to give access to visitors at your estate or malls. We shall not use your Personal Data for any other purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise notified to you.

For the purposes stated above, your Personal Data may not be disclosed or shared with third parties.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA WHEN IT IS TRANSFERRED

It may be necessary to transfer your details to employees or developers of the Company for updates. Your data is encrypted in transit. Regardless of how your Personal Data is transferred, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is only used according to our instructions and treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Techomesng may also retain your basic contact information for the purposes of sending you notifications and upgrades on the App. If you choose not to receive such notifications, upon notification from you, we will remove your Personal Data from the database, except for minimum details to note that you opted out and to avoid contacting you again. In summary, you can request your data to be deleted.

Techomesng is required to comply with the Company’s Information Security Policies and Procedures, which set out security standards including technical and organisational security measures. The Personal Data we collect from you is stored by us on secure servers and protected through a combination of physical and electronic access controls, firewall technology and other reasonable security measures.
